First Visit

Visits are arranged by phone or e-mail. Please let me know if you need to cancel the appointment.

Please do not feed the animals right before the visit. Take your dog out for a walk before the appointment.

Please let me know if your dog might be aggressive.

If your dog suffers from neurological, mental, motion diseases or skin allergies – please report it before your visit.

I remove all fleas and ticks found on animals obligatorily. However please let me know about all parasites in advance.

For a haircut without bathing, please brush and bathe the animal the day before the visit (not for long-haired cats).

Please let me know if it’s your pet’s first visit in a grooming salon – I will reserve more time.
